A taste of snow…

Shalom everyone!

One of the most common misconceptions about Israel is that it’s just one big desert, and camels are roaming the streets as they are the main means of transportation over here. Well, that’s far from the truth. Yes, Israel has desert-like regions, but it has got a lot more to offer. A ski resort, for instance. (Yes, a ski resort).

Here are a few pictures taken a few days ago by Dvir Reznik that went up north to the Hermon to ski, and of course had to tweet about it. ๐Ÿ™‚ Dvir was kind enough to let me use these pictures he took, so here you go (Click to enlarge):

I hope to be able to bring you more photos like these soon.

In the meanwhile, I’d like to thank Dvir (you can find him on www.dvirreznik.com),

and send you all much blessings from the Holy (snowy) Land!

Thanks Alon for the mention!
Indeed it was a great day for snowboarding, that’s for sure ๐Ÿ˜‰ A bit foggy, but the snow was powder – can’t top that.
