		<description>My guess is that the spool part is to wrap prayers around the hub until it is full.  Then the tines will be stuffed in the crevices of the Temple wall.  This will make The Kotels job more efficient placing prayers into the wall!</description>

		<description>I sew, and I think I recognize the 2 bobbins.   you normally would put this on top of the sewing machine (as if to refill the bobbin with more thread).  For you, Alon, you could verytightly wrap the tweeted paper between the clips!  What an ingenious idea!  I have brilliant friends.</description>
